Join the Fort Greene Park Conservancy and local glass artist Amanda Patenaude in a series of activities creatively repurposing broken glass collected in the park. In this experiment in reuse, participants will be able to make their very own glass mosaic using sanded pieces of glass, as part of the lead-up to the unveiling of a larger public art piece in the fall. The event will take place immediately following their July 30 Kids Concert featuring Hopalong Andrew.
